This section outlines the terms of sale for products available from myergomania.com


We aim to provide our customers with competitive prices on the products we offer. Prior to submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling charges. Please notify myergomania.com promptly of any errors in prices on your packing slip. Myergomania.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.

All prices are in Canadian funds.

Orders and Payment
You may not cancel an order once an order confirmation number has been received. Payment must be by credit card (Canadian Credit Cards Only) as shown on the order form.

Shipment and Delivery

Myergomania.com will ship merchandise to any location within Canada. You may not export any products purchased at myergomania.com

Returns Process & Policy


Product returns must be authorized by ErgoMania within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. After thirty (30) days all manufacturers warranties apply. To return products, contact ErgoMania Customer Service at call 1-833-374-6123. Upon receiving ErgoMania's approval to return a product, the Customer will be assigned a returns authorization number (called an RMA Number). Products will be accepted only within ten (10) days after the RMA Number is issued. Only one RMA Number will be issued per product. No RMA Number will be issued more than thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Customer must obtain an RMA number prior to returning product to ErgoMania.


Defective-upon-arrival (DOA) Returns
DOA returns will be accepted up to 30 days from shipment date. If a product was delivered in an inoperable condition (DOA), ErgoMania will arrange for the product to be picked up by ErgoMania's designated returns carrier and returned to ErgoMania at ErgoMania's expense. At its option, ErgoMania will repair or replace inoperable products, or will refund the total invoice amount minus the original shipping costs. DOAs that fall outside of thirty (30) days from shipment date will be addressed according to warranty policies.

Non-Defective Returns (unopened within 15 days)
If you are returning your product for any other reason than defective product, you are responsible for payment of return freight as well as for any damage to the product while in transit back to ErgoMania. ErgoMania recommends that Customers obtain insurance for products they return to ErgoMania. All non-defective returns authorized by ErgoMania are subject to a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the product price, excluding tax and shipping charges. ErgoMania will test all products upon return. ErgoMania reserves the right to impose freight and restocking charges on Customers that wrongly claim the products they are returning are inoperable.

All Returned Products

Returned products must include all cables, software, manuals, documentation, and packaging materials. Any components installed by the Customer must be removed from the product being returned or credit for the installed product may not be issued. If the Customer fails to include with its return all items shipped to Customer, ErgoMania reserves the right to charge the Customer for any missing items. Printers returned containing installed ink or toner will not be accepted. ErgoMania recommends the Customer back up any data on hard drives or other storage products returned to ErgoMania. ErgoMania will not be liable for lost data.

Returned products must be received by ErgoMania in new condition. ErgoMania reserves the right to refuse to accept returns that show excessive wear and tear. ErgoMania reserves the right to charge the Customer for any costs incurred by ErgoMania in restoring returned product as necessary for the resale of product as refurbished product.
